Rise of the Pheonix

At the end of every semester, things get pretty messy in Text Rental...

So we tirelessly spend the next however many months till next semester to get Text Rental back into tip-top shape.
Tirelessly! Not a single tire!

Slowly but surely, we get Text Rental looking fabulous again! We're all ready for a new semester!

Twins!

We recently had a change in our dress code so now we've all been happily sporting UWSP gear to work and looking quite fashionable. As you can imagine, a lot of us ended up with the same shirts! So we decided to keep track of all the twins roaming around the store. It only reinforces that we're just one big family. Of twins.

US/TR Cookbook - Garden Pasta Salad

How about a nice light meal to go along with your summer? An easy pasta salad dish you can whip up in a hurry that you can bring along to a picnic, a pot luck, a pasta salad party or just to satisfy a pasta salad craving. This simple recipe comes out of our own US/TR Cookbook!

Garden Pasta Salad

 

 

Ingredients:
  • 6 oz. uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 can (8.25 oz.) golden sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (8.25 oz.) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 cup fresh short cut carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bottled low-calorie Italian dressing

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water and drain well.
  2. Toss pasta with corn, beans, carrots and dressing.  
  3. Cover and chill. 
  4. If desired, serve in lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with sliced red or green pepper or sliced black olives.
